5:30 AM: set
up 4 long tables – Livia, Graham & Friends
1st table for pre-registered with T-shirt
& gift bag pickup
2nd table with registration forms for day
of race registration
3rd table for day of race registration
payment & bib & pins pickup
4th table sell T-shirts, Peach Festival
tickets, registration/information forms for other events
3 tables set aside for water
stops with water stop signs
6:00 AM: place 5k & 1 mile road signs – 2 volunteers
Place 10k road signs – 2 volunteers
1st table w/2 chairs for pre-registered
with T-shirt & gift bag pickup – 3 volunteers
3rd
table w/2 chairs for day of race registration payment & bib & pins
pickup – 3 volunteers
7:00 AM: Water
Stops – 3 for 5k & 10k:
Gaffney
High School ROTC – 15 volunteers
Critical intersections and
turns for 5k, 10k & 1 mile – as many volunteers as possible for safety
and directions
7:15 AM:
Start/Finish line, 5k & 10k, instructions from timing company – 6
volunteers
Hand out 5k & 10k participant ribbons – 2 volunteers
7:30 AM:
change 3 tables for Gatorade, food, water & 1 mile trophies – 4
volunteers
8:30 AM:
Start/Finish line, 1 mile, instructions from timing company – 6
volunteers
Hand out 1 mile participant ribbons – 1 volunteers
5k race results prize money, placement ribbons, gifts
– 2 volunteers
10k race results prize money, placement ribbons,
gifts – 2 volunteers
9:15 AM: 1 mile race results prize money, placement
ribbons, gifts – 2 volunteers
10:00 AM:
Clean up – 4 volunteers
Return 3 small tables to YMCA
– 2 volunteers
Return 4 large tables & 4 chairs to Limestone – 2
volunteers
Collect road signs – 2 volunteers
